At last the festive relaxing stitching time has commenced

Welcome to the festive season!!!

At last I’m pleased to report, following the build up to Christmas and the lack of stitching time available….. I have finally found some time to get some stitching time and relax – I am feeling better already lol!  It is wonderful to have time off work to sit back and relax.

So to prove I’ve actually achieved something, here is the progress on my HAED Gracefaces by Josephine Wall.  Finally have page finish, leaving 2 partial pages to complete.

I have a small reservation on some of the colouring of her face that is starting to appear – but had something similar on another piece and found at the end it all looked fine – so i will reserve my judgement till the end lol!

Commute stitching – progress

With all the commuting before breaking up for the festive season, I focused my commuting time to my Frosty Forest Auto-ship.  I have only managed to complete block 1 and just started the border of block 2, but as this is a monthly piece and not intending to have it completed anytime soon – I am happy with the starting of this piece.

Sorry for the wrinkles – still on the Q-snap

Your pieces are lovely as always! Gracefaces is beautiful and so close to finishing. Just finished catching up with your Flosstube videos while stitching and hope to catch up on your blog in the next few days. It is hard to keep up with social media and yet put in the time we like with our stitching. Thank you for sharing when you can and best wishes for the New Year.
