Faces of Fiery 195

I’m very pleased to share a finish Faces of Fiery 195 by Heaven and Earth Designs, based on the beautiful artwork of Jasmine Becket-Griffith.

This was started on 1 January 2015 and finished on 1 May 2015, making it a lovely full coverage project to work on over the first part of the year.

I really enjoyed watching this one come together, especially the face, the striking eyes, and the dramatic contrast in the design. Even in a smaller piece, there is so much detail packed into the stitching, which is one of the things I love about Heaven and Earth Designs.

This is now fully finished and framed, and I’m so happy to have it completed. It’s always a lovely feeling when those final stitches go in and the piece can finally be added to the finished pile.
