This policy explains refunds for the digital products sold at teresalittlestitcher.com. If you have a problem with an order, please email thaydenball@googlemail.com and we’ll always do our best to help.
Digital products
All of our products are digital downloads — there is nothing physical to return. Because the files are delivered to you instantly and can be downloaded and kept, we generally cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded.
By completing your purchase and downloading the files, you agree that you are getting immediate access to digital content and that your right to change your mind (the usual 14-day cancellation period for online purchases) no longer applies once the download has started.
If something is wrong
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days if:
- a file is faulty, corrupted or won’t open;
- you were sent the wrong item; or
- the product is not as described on the product page.
In these cases we will gladly fix the problem, re-send the files, or provide a refund as appropriate. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, which include the right to a working digital product.
Accidental or duplicate purchases
If you bought the same item twice by mistake, or believe you were charged in error, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
