I’m very pleased to share a festive finish today — Christmas Berries by Erica Michaels.
This was started on 25 October 2022, finished on 28 November 2022, and then fully finished on 1 December 2022, making it a lovely Christmas finish just in time for the festive season.
I stitched this using the called-for Weeks Dye Works threads on 40 count Weeks Dye Works linen in the colourway Straw, stitched 1 over 2. I really enjoyed the traditional Christmas colours and the sweet little berry-style finish. These smalls have such a lovely handmade feel to them, especially once they are fully finished with ribbons and trims.

These were such lovely festive pieces to stitch and finish. I love how the warm linen, red and green threads, and pretty trims all come together to create a really charming Christmas display.
